Cloud management support - monthly options

Below a number of options to choose the right support plan for your business - any major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure or Oracle).

  • Terms and Conditions apply; prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
  • "Compute unit" is one server or a container - does not include serverless technologies.
  • Standard hours - 900-1700 GMT Monday-Friday, Unlimited coverage (time-wise) is the same as Extended hours - 800-2000 GMT Monday-Friday.
  • For Standard and Extended hours - support for non compute services is limited to the amount of the "compute units" in use (e.g., ten compute units includes 10 hours monthly of support for non compute services).
  • For Unlimited, there is no monthly limit for any non compute services.
