Transparent engagement models designed for complex, high-stakes projects.
Every engagement is different. The challenges you face are unique to your organisation, your technology stack, your regulatory environment, and your risk appetite. We don't believe in off-the-shelf solutions or commoditised security services.
We work with organisations that need deep expertise to solve problems others won't touch. Whether it's untangling a complex compliance situation, conducting due diligence on a challenging acquisition, or architecting security for an environment with unusual constraints, we bring the experience and focus required to deliver results.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you structure engagements?
We offer three primary models: day rate for ongoing advisory work, fixed price for projects with defined scope and deliverables, and retained arrangements for organisations requiring ongoing strategic support. Many clients combine these models depending on their needs.
What's included in your rates?
All consultant time, preparation, analysis, and standard deliverables are included. Travel expenses for on-site work outside London are charged at cost. There are no hidden fees, administrative charges, or unexpected line items.
How does fixed price work?
We define the scope, deliverables, and timeline upfront. You pay a fixed amount regardless of the actual time taken. This works well for projects with clear requirements such as assessments, certifications, and due diligence engagements. We carry the risk if the work takes longer than expected.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 30 days from invoice. For fixed-price projects, we typically invoice 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Longer projects may have milestone-based payments aligned with key deliverables.
Do you work with startups?
Yes, particularly those preparing for enterprise sales, investment rounds, or acquisition. We understand the constraints startups operate under and can structure engagements accordingly. Early-stage companies often benefit from our investor-focused due diligence experience.
Can you work on-site?
Yes. While much of our work can be done remotely, some engagements benefit from on-site presence. We can accommodate regular on-site days or intensive on-site periods as required. We work with clients across the UK and internationally.
How quickly can you start?
For urgent matters, we can often begin within days. For planned engagements, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Complex projects requiring multiple consultants may need more lead time.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
It happens. For fixed-price work, we handle minor scope adjustments without additional charge. Material changes are discussed openly and agreed before proceeding. For day rate work, you have complete flexibility to adjust focus as your needs evolve.
Do you provide ongoing support after a project ends?
Yes. Many clients retain us on an ongoing basis after an initial project. We're also available for ad-hoc questions and support calls. We build long-term relationships rather than transactional engagements.
